HIGH-PERFORMANCE PALLETIZING ROBOT

With
a special gripper and an elaborated product infeed, cardboard bundles
can be stacked up faultlesssly and accurately by using a conventional
articulated arm robot. The MuK palletizer produces precise carboard
bundles with high-level quality stacking edges.
Nevertheless, the MuK palletizer offers high-grade flexibility
► All formats from 200 x 200 mm to 1,600 x 1,600 mm can automatically bepalletized without considerable conversion efforts.
► When being delivered, the palletizer is already equipped with a library of
usual stacking patterns.
► After entering the values for the bundle and pallet dimensions, new
stacking patterns can be created quickly and easily, menu-driven.
► Inside the robot cell, the cardboard bundles can be turned lengthwise or
crosswise, to allow that the printed sides of the completed bundle are
situated on the outside or to meet other customer requirements.
